INSTRUCTIONS
Right clicking on the game map brings up a menu of dev-only options, including view rotation.
MULTIPLAYER: Clicking on a portrait toggles mute. If it's your portrait than you are muted for everyone, else the user is muted only for you.
MULTIPLAYER: If a new user joins mid-game then someone will have to manually reset the game (through the right-click dev option) since users will be out-of-sync.
Multiplayer is a dev-only option, so I figured it's ok. If people have issues with this then I can fix it.
MULTIPLAYER: A random seed is picked at login and reused for each game.
This means that AI choices will start out the same each game until everyone logs out.
